Behavior Modification

Our Behavior Modification Course is intended for dogs who struggle with aggression, reactivity, or anxiety towards dogs or people. It is a 3-session course with one session a week. We will work on isolating your dog's triggers and working on gaining neutrality and confidence. This is an extremely homework-intensive course. Prepare to work for an hour a day, 5 days a week, for this course to be beneficial.

As balanced trainers, we will use tools such as the Herm Sprenger Prong Collar, or the Mini Educator E-Collar. Both can be purchased through us for an additional fee.

Price:$500 + any the price of any necessary tools such as Herm Sprenger prong collar, slip lead, or E-Collar.

Our 45-day Behavior Modification Board & Train is intended for dogs who struggle with dog aggression or reactivity, and other behavioral issues. Your dog will spend their stay with us working through their triggers and learning neutrality by being slowly exposed to these triggers in a safe environment. Your dog will go on training field trips, go with our head trainer to his lessons if able, and learn to exist in close proximity to other dogs with not only no reaction but while comfortable and staying relaxed.

Your dog will also learn the following commands:

• Sit, Down, and Stand with distance stays

• Marker systems for rewards

• Place, Kennel, Waiting at thresholds

• No counter surfing, Waiting to be released to eat

• Loose-leash walking, Rear end awareness, and Speed changes while heeling 

• Settling in public

This program is not designed for dogs with behavioral issues such as human aggression, or human reactivity. If we are not made aware of these issues and your dog is dropped off with us for this program your dog will be returned to you, and a refund will not be offered.

Our 60-day Behavior Modification Board & Train is intended for dogs who struggle with dog aggression or reactivity, and other behavioral issues. Your dog will spend their stay with us working through their triggers and learning neutrality while being slowly exposed to these triggers in a safe environment.
